Order Cancellations (Pros & Cons Cancellation And Refund Policy)
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, and only if the order has not yet been processed by our licensed retail partner. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at americanlegacybourbon@gmail.com.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the regulated nature of alcohol, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened bottles.
If a bottle arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will coordinate with the fulfilling licensed retailer to resolve valid issues on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Claims
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. We will assist with the licensed retailer and shipping carrier as needed.
