Our Business Model
American Legacy Bourbon operates as an online curator of rare and allocated bourbons. We do not hold a retail liquor license. We partner with independent licensed retailers who fulfill and ship all orders.
When you place an order with us, we coordinate with the appropriate licensed retailer to process and ship your purchase directly to you in accordance with applicable state laws.
We only accept orders for shipment to states where the direct-to-consumer shipment of alcohol is legally permitted. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.
Order Processing
All sales are processed through our website. Payment is collected by us, and fulfillment is handled by our licensed retail partners.
